PVC Stabilizers

This is a Lead based co-precipitated package stabilizer specially designed for rigid pipes of various diameter. It provides good heat stability and torque to give maximum output. It has balanced internal stability and external lubrication which gives shiny inner and outer surface. It desperse very well.

It is white, sweet and toxic powder with specific gravity of 7.10. It can dissolve in nitric acid, hot thick hydrochloric acid, ammonium acetate and sodium acetate, partly in acetic acid, but not in water. It will become yellow when loses the crystal water at 135.it become yellow under sunlight, especially in wet condition.
The product is the most widely used thermal stabilizer for PVC plastics with strong ability of cohesion with hydrogen chloride, good long-term thermal stability, excellent electrical insulation. It has the ability of white pigment with strong covering power , tolerate weather-resistant property and mainly used in non-transparent soft and hard products and cable material.

Dibasic Lead Phthalate (DBLP) is produced and supplied as a fine white powder. With a lead content (Pb) of 76% it confers excellent long term protection on phthalate plasticised PVC compounds which are subject to ageing at elevated temperatures. The product is packed in either 25kg multi-ply paper sacks or in 1000kg bulk bags.
Its primary application is as heat stabiliser in the preparation of PVC compounds. PVC compounds stabilised with DBLP show maximum retention of their physical properties when aged for prolonged periods

Dibasic Lead Phosphite (Diphos) is produced and supplied as a fine white powder. With a lead (Pb) content of 83.5% it confers excellent long term weather protection on both rigid and flexible PVC compounds. It has a high refractive index which imparts a higher opacity than other basic lead compounds. The product is packed in either 25kg multi-ply paper sacks or in 1000kg bulk bags.
Diphos is particularly effective in inhibiting the degradation of PVC exposed to UV radiation, thus it may be used as the primary stabiliser in products intended for outdoor applications. It is effective in both rigid and flexible formulations for mouldings, extrusions and calendered products such as cable sheathing, rainwater fittings and window frame profiles. Diphos is very effective when used in conjunction with Tribasic Lead Sulphate.
